Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ResumeGyani, operated by Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd (India) and Vendax Systems LLC (US), we believe in earning your trust through the quality of our tools. This policy is designed to be fair to genuine users while protecting against misuse.
INR payments are processed by Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India. International (USD and other) payments are processed via Razorpay International / Stripe on behalf of Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd.
1. 7-Day Conditional Refund
We offer a conditional refund within 7 days of the date of purchase if you feel the service has not delivered value, provided the service has not yet been used as defined in Section 2. The 7-day window begins at the moment of the successful payment. Refunds are not available after this window has closed.
2. When the Service Is Considered “Used”
ResumeGyani delivers its core value the moment our AI processes your information. Because our AI runs are computationally costly and deliver immediate, irreversible value, performing any of the following actions means the service has been used, and a refund is no longer available — even if you are still within the 7-day window:
If none of the above has occurred and the request is made within 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Acknowledgment of AI Usage
ResumeGyani's AI features may begin processing as soon as you upload a resume or start a session. By initiating any AI action — including upload-triggered analysis, scoring, optimization, rewriting, or content generation — you acknowledge that you have used the paid service and that your refund eligibility under Section 1 no longer applies.
All AI actions, downloads, exports, template applications, and sharing events are automatically logged with timestamps on your account. These logs are the basis on which refund requests are reviewed and decided.
4. How to Request a Refund

- 2Include your Order ID (found on your invoice or purchase confirmation).
- 3Tell us briefly why your expectations were not met.
- 4Our team reviews each request — including your account's usage logs — within 2–3 business days.
- 5If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
5. Cancellations & One-Time Plans
ResumeGyani is not a subscription product. All plans are one-time purchases — there is no auto-renewal and you will never be charged again after your initial payment.
Within the 7-day window: You may request a refund under Sections 1–2 by emailing support@resumegyani.com.
Outside the 7-day window: Plans cannot be cancelled mid-term and fees already paid are non-refundable. There are no partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time.
All refund requests are handled exclusively by email — there is no in-app cancellation or refund flow.
6. Fair Usage & Abuse Prevention
- 1.A refund is allowed only once per user, per account, per device, or per payment method — whichever is broader.
- 2.Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple refunds will result in all related accounts being permanently restricted and refunds being denied or reversed.
- 3.Refund requests are monitored for patterns of abuse. Accounts with suspicious activity may be flagged for manual review.
- 4.Referral rewards or credits earned on an account are forfeited if that account is refunded.
- 5.We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@resumegyani.com first — most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, in circumstances where the service has been used as defined in Section 2, may be treated as a breach of these terms. In any dispute, we will provide the payment processor with your account's timestamped usage logs (AI runs, downloads, exports, sharing events) as evidence of service delivery. Accounts subject to a chargeback may be suspended pending resolution.

9. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-excludable rights or guarantees you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region (including, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act, and EU consumer directives). Where such laws grant you rights beyond this policy — for example, where a service is found to be not as described or not fit for purpose — those rights apply regardless of the conditions stated above.
10. Changes to This Policy
Nyquist Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd and Vendax Systems LLC reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
